- 3+ years of law experience.
- Licensed to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Transactional experience is a plus but not required.
Salary range: $145,000 - $275,000
Work Location: (Any office) Denver, LA, Napa Valley, Nashville, Irvine, Portland, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Scottsdale, and Seattle
Experience Level: Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Junior Partner (9th to 15th+ year)
