Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Land Development.
• Familiarity with regulations and codes relevant to land development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• EIT and PE license preferred, but not required.
